The target of energy consumption the 13th Five-Year Plan period puts forward the goal of reducing the total energy consumption and the energy consumption intensity.However,due to different of need of the economic growth,energy dependence and development basis of various industries,it is difficult to provide effective technical support for realizing the goal of energy saving and reducing consumption and for making relevant policies and measures.Considering this,the paper proposed to set an economic model which can describe the evolution trend and influencing factors of key industries from the industry level.Besides,this paper focuses on the influence of transportation industry on energy consumption in Beijing emphatically.The achievement can not only provide a reference for Beijing municipal government to promote the manoeuvrability of the goal but also find an available energy saving paths of different trades.
