黄河中下游冲积平原地带多为砂土、细砂、粉砂地质,且地下水量丰富.该区域深基坑开挖及基础施工期间的降水,无疑是影响工程进度的决定性因素.特别是在雨季、灌溉期间等丰水季节,水位较高、透水系数较大的深基坑降水更是增加了难度.华电渠东热电一期工程翻车机室开挖总深17.5m,通过对比、试验各种降水方案,山东电建二公司最终选取“管井+轻型井点”组合降水方案,满足了基坑开挖及基础施工需要.同时与当地政府协调,将部分抽水直接用于农田灌溉,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益.
