Because Fresh-cut vegetables due to the loss of surface protection,subject to mechanical damage,the outflow of nutrients,more vulnerable to corruption and degeneration of microorganisms.Therefore,the research on micro-organisms in fresh-cut products in the areas of biology is particularly important.This study research the content of microorganisms,from the different types of vegetables,types of fungicides,fungicides concentration,and storage temperature.
