传统“家”文化是家族企业的企业文化中的重要组成部分,它使家族企业形成了独特的价值观、管理风格和行为模式.相对于其他形式的企业而言,家族企业能使得员工更有归属感、认同感、忠诚度和凝聚力.本文在界定相关概念、回顾相关理论的基础上,剖析了家文化在家族企业中的利弊,并借用马斯洛的需求层次理论来阐述家族企业应对员工承担何种社会责任,以实现可持续发展,形成家族企业特有的核心竞争力.
