公司战略制定过程的治理效应研究

公司战略过程包括战略制定和战略实施两个环节,战略制定过程是公司战略决策的重点。传统文献在研究战略制定问题时,主要从分析战略制定的参与者以及战略制定过程中的理性行为的角度,探索公司战略制定过程的不同情境和类型以及公司成功实施战略制定过程带来的绩效改善。本文改变视角,以战略的公司治理观分析战略制定过程,认为公司战略制定过程能够发挥治理效应,从而将个人理性变为组织理性,使公司绩效得以改善。这对传统战略制定理论提供了有效的补充。 The company’s strategic process includes the two stages of strategy formulation and strategy implementation. The strategy formulation process is the company’s strategic decision-making focus. When the traditional literature is studying strategic formulation issues, it mainly analyzes the different scenarios and types of the company’s strategy formulation process and the performance improvement brought about by the company’s successful implementation of the strategy formulation process, from the perspective of analyzing participants in strategic formulation and rational behavior in the strategy formulation process. . This article changes the perspective and analyzes the strategy formulation process with a strategic corporate governance perspective. It believes that the company’s strategy formulation process can exert its governance effect, thereby transforming individual rationality into organizational rationality and improving corporate performance. This provides an effective complement to traditional strategy formulation theory.
