Integration of various types of omics data is critically indispensable for addressing most important and complex biological questions.In the era of big data,however,data integration becomes increasingly tedious,time-consuming and expensive,posing a significant obstacle to fully exploit the wealth of big biological data.Here we propose an extensible and sustainable architecture that integrates big omics data through community-contributed modules.
