Why IHE，Not Globalization of Higher EducationGlobalization，used to be a process that business and other industrial activities operated on a global scale，is conceived as a macro social economic process started in the 1970s.Reflecting and promoting the growing connectivity and interdependence among nations and countries on evcry aspect of social politics，economy and culture，globalization affects each country in different way due to a nation’s individual history，traditions，culture and priorities.
