在过去工作中,我们通过建立和筛选抗肿瘤细胞单克隆抗体库,获得高特异Thomsen-Friedenreich antigen(TF,Galβ1-3GalNAc α1-R)单克隆抗体.在2000年第七届白细胞分类抗原大会,TF被我们鉴定为CD 176.我们长期系统的研究证明,CD176表达于多种恶性肿瘤细胞表面,如乳房癌、肠癌、胃癌、肺癌、肝癌、肾癌、淋巴瘤、白血病;但在正常组织,CD176被其他糖链掩盖,不能被相关抗体及淋巴细胞识别.
