传统空冷支架结构体系一般选用钢筋混凝土支架+钢桁架平台混合结构体系,并在已运行的很多600MW机组电厂中应用.在1000MW空冷机组中,由于钢桁架平台高度增加、面积增大、荷载增加,使得原有的常规结构体系在高烈度地震区难以满足结构性能的要求.针对此种情况,提出了新型结构体系“钢筋混凝土管柱+钢斜撑+钢桁架”形式,并分别对传统的钢筋混凝土支架+钢桁架平台结构体系和新型结构体系进行计算分析,研究新型结构体系的抗震性能,以满足1000MW空冷机组的安全性和设计要求.
The traditional air-cooled scaffolding structure system generally uses the reinforced concrete support + steel truss platform mixed structure system, and is applied in many 600MW unit power plants that have been operating.In the 1000MW air-cooled unit, due to the increase of the height of the steel truss platform, the area increases and the load increases, Making the original conventional structural system difficult to meet the requirements of structural performance in high seismicity areas.In view of this situation, a new type of structural system, “reinforced concrete column + steel bracing + steel truss” is proposed, and the traditional Reinforced concrete support + steel truss platform structure system and a new structural system were calculated and analyzed to study the seismic performance of the new structural system to meet the safety and design requirements of 1000MW air-cooled units.
