The stress device were assessed and improved according to previous research, and which realizes the stress condition in concrete by means of disc spring, and by using of stress sensor the stress can be controlled according to the research demand. The on line monitoring and analyze of permeability of chloride ion was realized combined the stress device with NEL and ASTM C1202 method.
