Introduction:Primary insomnia is an independent psychiatric syndrome,which refers to difficulties in falling asleep or maintaining sleep for at least one month.Functional neuroimaging studies have shown abnormal metabolism and functional connectivities related to premotor and sensorimotor cortices,anterior cingulate cortex (ACC),and medial prefrontal in primary patients [1-3].The purpose of this study was to analyze the whole brain intrinsic connectivity networks in primary patients by using independent component analysis (ICA).
