With the massive open online courses (MOOCs)that captured the attention of many higher education institutes around the world, it is evident that MOOCs can help make education more accessible, and enable experiment with the pedagogy of teaching online courses to a large number of diverse students.However,the learning process of MOOC may lead to isolated study patterns which is primarily based on face-to-machine activities.This paper proposes a design of college bilingual course by using MOOC pedagogy while also incorporating a group learning approach.
