制备的NiFe2O4尖晶石对十氯联苯的降解研究

  氯代芳烃是一类难降解且具有毒性的持久性有机污染物,处理该类物质的技术还存在很多问题,而利用铁基尖晶石材料对氯代芳烃类化合物进行降解,为这类物质的处理提供了新的思路。本研究采用共沉淀法合成了NiFe2O4尖晶石材料,并对十氯联苯模型化合物进行了降解研究。结果表明,共沉淀法制备的NiFe2O4对十氯联苯表现出很高的活性,反应在300℃、30分钟时降解效率高于97%。通过对降解产物的分析(图1),发现产物中含有九氯联苯、八氯联苯、六氯苯、五氯苯、四氯苯和三氯苯,这些多氯联苯与氯苯的产生说明反应中存在加氢脱氯途径(图2)。此外,五氯苯的产生表明在NiFe2O4的作用下,十氯联苯中两苯环间的碳链较容易断开,产生的五氯苯一方面可经加氢脱氯产生四氯苯和三氯苯,另一方面又可与体系中的游离氯结合产生六氯苯。反应前后的物料平衡计算结果表明自制的NiFe2O4尖晶石对十氯联苯的加氢脱氯途径是非主要的降解途径,推测氧化降解可能是其主要降解途径。
