The article is based on the questionnaire of 956 college students in Hebei Province.Result demonstrates each dimension of college students life quality: physiological function (78.65 ± 7.56) points, vitality (57.20 ± 20.75) points, emotional function (60.12 ± 19.54) points, mental health (73.21 ± 17.45) points,physical function (67.35 ± 28.14) points, social function (80.23 ± 21.65) points, physical pain (67.58 ± 20.86) points and general health (69.26 ± 18.22)points.Aside from their flexibility and exercise intensity in physical fitness, exercise behavior and life quality, college students differs a lot in other aspects according to their gender (P <0.05 or P <0.01).Apart from emotional function, there is a relative relationship (P <0.01 ~ 0.05) between college students each dimension of life quality and fitness functions.There is a strong positive correlation (P <0.05 or P <0.01) between life quality and exercise time and frequency; and a negative correlation between some dimensions and exercise intensity.
