目的 探讨高浓度促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)对测定人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)浓度的影响.方法 搜集2014年5月至10月在本院体检的人群,选取FSH、LH、TSH正常的健康女性98例为正常对照组(A组),正常绝经期妇女,检测其FSH、LH浓度,选取FSH＞38IU/L及LH＞12IU/L者101例为高FSH、LH组(B组),选取TSH＞5.2MIU/L及FSH与LH正常的年轻女性42例为女高TSH组(C组),选取TSH＞5.2MIU/L健康体检的年轻男性54例为男高TSH组(D组),分别检测各组的β-HCG浓度,并对各组β-HCG进行统计学分析.结果 方差分析显示,A、B、C三组之间β-HCG差异有显著性(P＜0.01),经组间两两比较发现高FSH、LH组与其它两组β-HCG浓度相比均有显著性差异(P＜0.01),高TSH组与正常对照组之间亦有统计学意义(P＜0.01).男性高TSH组与女性高TSH组之间差异明显(P＜0.05).结论 部份正常绝经期妇女高浓度的FSH、LH会引起β-HCG不同程度升高；女性TSH对β-HCG值呈现正干扰但影响程度有限；部分男性高浓度TSH会引起β-HCG浓度假性升高,应当引起临床相关科室重视,从而避免过度检查.
