目的:探讨UPASSⅡ脊柱微创内固定系统治疗MagerlA型胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效及可行性.方法:选择18例单纯性胸腰椎骨折(无神经功能损害)患者进行UPASSⅡ脊柱微创内固定系统治疗.记录围手术期参数(指标),对术前和术后的脊柱后凸角度和椎体高度等影像学指标进行评估.结果:手术时间为5495(64±8.2)rain,术中出血为37-90(45 4-16)ml.无神经损伤及其它并发症发生.患者均获随访,时间6~15(8.4±2.1)个月.

目的:探讨经皮椎弓根螺钉结合椎体强化治疗胸腰椎骨折的有效性.方法:采用Sextant微创脊柱系统结合椎体强化技术治疗无神经功能损害、Load sharing评分≥7分的胸腰椎A型骨折患者20例,并与同期行开放椎弓根螺钉内固定结合椎体强化的20例患者进行比较,观察两组间的临床及影像学各项指标.结果:两组间性别、年龄、手术时机及Load sharing评分差异无显著性意义;但是,手术时间及出血量经皮组
