Hot rolling and flat vulcanizing machine were used for bonding PAN nanofibrous membranes and nonwovens to form composite membranes.Different thickness,receiving roller speed,hot-rolled parameters,plate vulcanized parameters of PAN nanofibrous membranes tensile strength and rupture elongation were tested in this paper.Results indicate that films strength of rotary direction increased slightly with the increased of roller speed,tensile strength and rupture elongation of hot-rolled and plate vulcanized nonwovens-nanofiber composite membranes were more than 60 times higher than pure nanofibrous membranes and were small in difference.It shows that hot-rolled and plate vulcanized nonwovens-nanofiber composite membranes were effective ways to increase the tensile strength of nanofibrous membranes.
