At present several methods of describing a cluster formation and their further growth within DSMC are used.One of them applies classical nucleation theory(CNT) or its modifications(MCNT) [1,2].Under this approach clusters of critical size,which size and formation frequency are calculated on the basis of CNT or MCNT,are "injected" into the computational domain.
