随着影像诊断方法的进步,脑卒中救治水平提高,死亡率大大降低,致残率相对提高,给家庭和社会带来了负担。因而脑卒中的康复更显重要。我科自1993年初组建康复室以来,对150例偏瘫患者采用了肢体功能锻炼的康复方法,以预防肢体肌肉萎缩、关节强直的发生,提高活动能力,取得了较好的效果。报告如下: With the improvement of imaging diagnosis methods, the level of stroke treatment is improved, the mortality rate is greatly reduced, and the morbidity rate is relatively increased, which brings a burden to families and society. Thus the rehabilitation of stroke is even more important. Since the establishment of the rehabilitation room in early 1993, our department has adopted physical rehabilitation methods for 150 patients with hemiplegia to prevent muscular atrophy and joint stiffness and improve mobility, and achieved good results.
