　　Isocitrate dehydrogenase kinase/phosphatase(AceK)is a bifunctional enzyme with both kinase and phosphatase activities that are activated by Mg2+.We have studied the interactions of Mn2+and Mg2+with AceK using isothermal titration calorimetry(ITC)combined with molecular docking simulations and show for the first time that Mn2+also activates the enzyme activities.

目的：心梗后心室收缩功能障碍是造成心室扩张乃至心衰等后果的主要原因。已有研究显示miR145参与调节血管内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞等的增殖与分化等功能。本研究利用miR145敲除小鼠探讨miRNA 145能否通过调节心脏局部成纤维细胞向肌成纤维细胞的转化，降低小鼠心梗后的不良心脏重构，从而保护心功能。方法：在体动物实验中结扎小鼠心脏左冠状动脉前降支建立心梗模型，超声心动图检测心功能。

中华蜜蜂DnaJC3基因(AccDnaJC3)的功能研究
