  Background:Blunt traumatic aortic injury(BTAI)is associated with a high mortality rate.Although BTAI was traditionally treated by open repair,thoracic endovascular aortic repair(TEVAR)has bring favorable early outcomes and offered several advantages in the treatment of severe concomitant injuries.
