　　Hemocyanin(HMC) is an important multifunctional non-specific immune molecule.In this study,we purified two HMCs from Litopenaeus vannamei with HMC affinity chromatography and ConA lectin affinity chromatography (named as HMC-NC and HMC-C).Carbohydrate content analysis indicated that the value for HMC-C was approximately 20 times as much as HMC-NC. Subsequently, HPLC chromatogram showed that the peak numbers of HMC-C and HMC-NC were 54 and 42.
