甾体类化合物广泛存在于自然界，它是生命体中的重要物质之一，对生命体的发育成长具有非常重要的作用。甾体化合物也广泛存在于海洋生物中，近年来，从海藻、海绵、软珊瑚及海星等海洋生物中已经分离发现了许多具有特殊结构的甾体化合物，并研究发现其中许多化合物具有很好的生物活性[1]。
