The effects of storage time on the nutritional value of maize,as well as performance and meat quality of broilers was studied.Five different samples of maize that were stored for different periods,one stored for two years (control),two stored for three years,and two more stored for four years that were obtained from some local National Grain Bins in Beijing,were used in the experiments.
