  目的:支气管哮喘是一种常见的呼吸道慢性疾病,在医学界被公认为四大顽疾之一,严重危害了人们的身心健康。气道高反应是哮喘的典型症状之一,表现为气道平滑肌的过度异常收缩。如何能舒张气道平滑肌从而降低气道高反应,一直是人们攻克哮喘顽疾的目标之一。黄柏为芸香科植物黄皮树的干燥树皮,性味苦寒,具有多种药效,其主要有效成分之一小檗碱,可以通过抑制平滑肌细胞外Ca2+内流和细胞内钙释放,舒张胃肠道、血管以及气道平滑肌。然而黄柏中除生物碱以外的其它成分是否对气道平滑肌的收缩具有调节作用尚无报道。本研究意在进一步探究黄柏的不同成分对气道平滑肌的收缩的作用及其机制。
