机器人安全与人机协作

协作机器人是制造业里面完成复杂作业或者精密装备的一种最佳的解决方案.过去传统的机器人,更多的是解决了一种轨迹速度,在作业里面是一种搬运的功能.但制造业里面很多作业是靠人的双手完成的,传统机器人无能为力,灵活性的操作问题解决不了,未来协作机器人在这方面迈出了一步.毫无疑问,安全在机器人方面是非常重要的。未来的工厂应该是更为安全,也更为柔性和更具有敏捷度的。考虑到协同性,因此生产规模应是小批量的。机器人的产业,在整个产业发展来讲,汽车行业是占据了大头。在一般行业领域应用没有完全开始的情况下,这就造成了目前机器人产业发展的状况。现在呢,整个制造业里面机器人要大批量地替代人,过去只是对人的互补,很多事是人在做,机器人只做一个辅助性的事情。现在成了主角,这时候马上面临问题了,机器人的安全问题就来了。毫无疑问,协作以及协作机器人、操作自动化,都是非常重要的。这样的话,会给人们更多的灵活性。那么讲到挑战,其中一个挑战就是如何来打造一些安全的应用,同时又能够把握有正确的操作时间。这其实也是很多行业共同想要解决的问题。当然了,机器人协作其实安全是最重要的,还有很多,像简易操作、电子化发展等,这是中国未来制造业所需要的。
