【摘 要】
：
政务信息资源共享是当信息化工作重点。浙江省初步建立了政务信息资源共享体系框架，主要包括交换中心、目录内容、目录体系、交换体系，政策法规等五大要素.笔者基于浙江省工作实践，深入探讨了资源共享工作中存在的数据重复采集、平台重复建设、部门利益制约、信息共享成本等问题，并就国家政务信息资源共享管理立法工作提出了意见建议.
