本文结合国外成熟经验,从最经济的角度讲述了一种大体积混凝土通过加冰来控制温升的方法,详细介绍了大体积混凝土加冰系统的生产工艺、加冰量的计算、各种加冰设备设计选用的要求和注意事项,并根据冰的特性要求,碎冰的粒度控制在5mm以下,各盛放碎冰的料斗排冰倾角要大于75°,碎冰容重按0.5t/m3计算,阐述了冰的储存、破碎、运输、计量、保温、控制等设备的结构特点,从而摸索出一条商品混凝土搅拌站加冰系统在大体积混凝土施工中成功应用的道路。
