  Inducing changes in the thermodynamics and kinetics of materials at the nanoscale is increasingly important for energy storage materials such as pseudocapacitors, batteries, and hydrogen-storage materials.The effects of nanoconfmement on the structural and hydrogen storage properties (kinetics, thermodynamics and reversibility) of complex metal hydrides, LiBH-4 and Li4BN3H10, have been investigated by means ofXRD, DSC,RGA-Mass, solid NMR, neutron scattering and TPD.
