  Phthalates esters (PAEs) have been used as additives in the manufacture of plastics to increase the flexibility.However, some food company added them as food cloudy agents illegally.It is so important to develop a simple, rapid and robust method for the determination of 17 phthalates including diisononyl phthalate (DINP), di-n-octyl phthalate (DNOP), diisodecyl phthalate(DIDP),Bis-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), Dibutyl phthalate (DBP) and benzylbutyl phthalate(BBP).The method has been validated in-house and applied to multi food matrix detection.Samples were diluted in methanol and extracted by ultrasonic for 30 min, then SPE were processed, centrifuge and the supematant is analyzed by LC-MS/MS.
