  In the eco-system simulation,it is important to simulate the interaction between the same kinds of participants.In this paper,we proposed a model based on multi-agent simulation.We simulate every producer,every consumer,the environment,and the government in the system.Different tax ratio and charge rates are simulated,and the system productivity and system sustainability are compared.
