  目的:纳米材料生物安全性日益受到关注,超顺磁氧化铁纳米颗粒(SPIO-NPs)广泛应用于生物医药领域;我们前期利用两性烷基化PEI(Alkyl-PEI2k)合成的不同粒径SPIO-NPs研究发现可诱导细胞内ROS增高、且存在差异。本研究拟探讨SPIO-NPs诱导肝细胞的炎症效应及细胞自噬,进行不同粒径作用差异的对比。
