  Heat treatment quenching machine is one of the key equipments for steel quenching and tempering treatment,whereas water spraying system is an important part of the quenching machine.High pressure outlet is designed to be a slit nozzle,also known as water jet.The water flow distribution uniformity for plate flatness is very critical.In this paper,by simulating analysis based on FLUENT software,the internal flow field distribution was obtained inside the quenching machine.By changing the internal structure of the slit jet,including the exit slit gap,outlet spray angle,flow hole quantity,nozzle length and web,the impact on outlet flow distribution was obtained.Results shows that slit gap,outlet spray angle and nozzle length dont affect the outlet water flow distribution uniformity significantly,however,flow hole quantity have some degree of impact,whereas web has significant effect.The analysis of the result provides the theoretical reference for the design and optimization of the structure of the water jet.

本文采用物理模拟的方法,以水银为实验介质,在板坯连铸过程中,在水口不同程度堵塞以及施加电磁搅拌情况下,采用超声波多普勒测速仪测量了结晶器模型内金属液的流速分布.结果表明:当水口无堵塞时,结晶器内流场为典型的双环流结构;水口堵塞会在结晶器内水口两侧造成严重的非对称流,即堵塞侧射流减小,非堵塞侧射流增大;当水口堵塞达到50%时,堵塞侧上环流消失,在弯月面靠近结晶器窄边处出现流动死区;电磁搅拌能修正由水
