Purpose The study aimed to investigate the multi-parameters MRI features,clinicopathological characteristics of unusual prostatic malignant tumors and improve the understanding and facilitate the differential diagnosis for prostatic malignant tumors.Methods We performed a retrospective analysis of 15 cases of unusual prostatic malignant tumors who underwent multiparameters MRI in our institution between January 2011 and March 2016.Results The 15 patients in the study were clinically diagnosed as embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma(n = 2),prostatic stromal sarcoma(n = 4),mesenchymal tumors not-otherwise-specified(n = 4),small cell carcinoma(n = 3),lymphoma(n = 2).
