  Protein-protein interactions play vital roles in various biological processes.Compared with other methods,genetically encoded photocrosslinking could convert non-covalent interactions to covalent bond and has emerged as a suitable strategy for in situ and in vivo trapping of dynamic or weak interactions with high-spatial resolution.
