Objective:To evaluate the temporal change of renal function prior and different time points after unilateral ureteral obstruction(UUO)in rats by MR renography with Baumann–Rudin model.Materials and Methods:All 21 rats underwent Gd-DTPA(0.04mmol/kg)dynamic contrast MR(MR Renography,MRR)before the UUO and at the time of 6 hours,12 hours,24 hours,72 hours,1 week and 2 weeks after UUO operation.
