Two heterogeneous substrates are closely united by photo-curable assembly process and then form so-called UV-curing adhesives and UV-curing pressure sensitive adhesive. The photo-curable adhesive is composed of a polyurethane acrylate(PUA) oligomers which have unique properties such as high breaking elongation, high tensile strength and larger molecule weight, and exhibit excellent adhesion to a variety of plastic, metal and glass substrates. The photo-curable adhesives possess distinct advantages such as good chemical resistance, good yellowing resistance, high temperature and high humidity resistance. In addition, photo-curable hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesives(UV-HMPSA) processed through hot-melt coating process are partially cross-linked by exposing only few seconds UV light to achieve excellent adhesion and cohesion. Therefore, UV-HMPSA can be applied on high temperature resistance label and foam tape field as well. Photo-curable pressure sensitive adhesives(UV-PSA) coated at normal room temperature have the characteristics of high adhesion and no residue left on the substrate, and moreover, UV-PSA can be designed for permanent lamination of self-assembly process and temporary protective tape. Photo-curable pressure sensitive adhesive is a kind of versatile material and used in broad fields.
