　　EB病毒目前已经证实与多种肿瘤发生密切相关，包括伯基特淋巴瘤、霍奇金淋巴瘤、鼻咽癌、胃癌以及淋巴细胞增生症。虽然EB病毒特异的CTL细胞在治疗EB病毒相关的淋巴细胞增生症中取得很好的疗效，但是由于EB病毒相关肿瘤下调EB病毒相关蛋白，从而使得EB病毒特异的CTL细胞治疗EB病毒相关肿瘤疗效欠佳。
