Firstly,we studied various domestic and international literature on the spread of drug resistance through metadata production environment by meta-Analysis.And then determined whether the production environment resistance according to the project team would have findings and mathematical statistical methods spread impact, which producing adverse environmental factors affect them, and the results were screened at the potential impact of various factors ;next, proceeds in accordance with the experimental design parameters related factors ,namely the investigation by the Shaanxi region were several standard farming enterprises, and research and collect their breeding environment including temperature, humidity, stocking density ,ventilation ,season, haze ,which may induce resistance factors produce or disseminate data.build paradigm ,and then to find a mathematical model they intrinsic relevance, excepting reveal drug abuse may lead to or diffusion resistance factor, both inside and outside of the birdhouse to predict drug resistance in bacteria. Then the mathematical model for parameter adjustment of the actual situation is created,so that the model can be used more often within the scope of a large area ;finally, constructed mathematical model of environment variables on migration of bacterial resistance in ecology.
