　　Objective Annular calcific nodules (ACN) cause significant echogenicity attenuation and diagnostic ambiguities In the current study, we retrospectively analyzed the clinicopathologic and radiologic data of patients with thyroid nodules with annular calcifications and determined the optimal PT-I/ET-I ratio for predicting malignant ACNs.
