SWMM模型全过程融入海绵城市规划的研究--以济南市某新区为例

目前防洪排涝规划多推行"海绵城市"弹性雨洪管理思路,并利用先进的模型技术手段对规划方案进行模拟分析,本文以济南市某新区为研究对象,将SWMM模型全过程、多层次的融入海绵城市规划设计方案中,将模型运用到新区排水标准、LID设施、雨水管网、土地格局、蓄滞洪区、生态河道断面等方面研究中,将各个层次的内容整合到统一的SWMM模型中,从更为综合、系统的角度,优化海绵城市方案,提高方案的科学合理性.结果表明,SWMM模型进行现状评估和规划校核,可优化该新区河道和蓄滞洪区整治布局方案;该新区总体上应多按照"Impervious to pervious"的土地布局模式,以此来最大限度削减雨水径流;该新区防洪排涝标准与市政排水重现期之间存在转换关系和经验公式;可借助统一的SWMM模型搭建该新区海绵系统管理平台,实现局部方案和区域方案的协调统一性,实现水力系统和水质系统的统一管理.
