Purpose:m-crystallin (CRYM) is identical to a cytosolic 3,5,3-L-triiodothyronine (T3) binding protein.The protein selectively binds to T3 in the presence of NADPH.The expression of the CRYM was regulated by the multiple factors including an oxidative stress.
