  Synthetic nucleic acid vectors have exhibited a great potential in cancer therapy compared with viral vectors[1].To achieve therapeutic effect,synthetic vectors must accomplish a series of tasks,including wrapping nucleic acids tightly,having relative stability in the blood,preventing non-specific interactions,reaching targeted cells through the enhanced permeability and retention (EPR) effect,active targeting property of vector,and mediating cell entry and endosomal escape for release cargoes in a controlled manner[2].However,most synthetic vectors have not achieved the ideal systemic delivery of nucleic acids because of high chemical toxicity and low transfection efficiency.
