Determination of 3,4',5-Tribromosalicylanilide Drug Residues in Animal Foods by Liquid Chromato

  In this study,a HPLC-ESI (-) MS/MS methodology is developed for the residue determination of 3,4,5-Tribromosalicylanilide.The sample was extracted by the acetonitrile after and operating for decontamination by n-Hexane.The chromatographic column was Waters Atlantics C18,the mobile phase was a mixture of water-acetic acid(0.1%) and acetonitrile.Samples were detected by a gradient elution flowing with a ESI negative mode detector at MRM:m/z 447.80/79.00.m/z 447.80/168.90.m/z 447.80/250.70.In the line of quality assurance,When fortified with 3,4,5-Tribromosalicylanilide the sample,the stated LOQ of 3,4,5-Tribromosalicylanilide residues in the negative sample was at the level of 0.5~2 μg/kg.The response for 3,4,5-Tribromosalicylanilide was linear in the range of 0.5~50.0 g/L,the correlation coefficient is excellent 0.9991.
