　　Objective The leukocyte integrin LFA-1(CD11a/CD18),which belongs to the β 2 integrin family,is an adhesion factor and plays an important role in the leukocyte trafficking and tumor immune cells.It is expression on T-cells,B-cells,macrophages and neutrophils,which is involved in recruitment to the site of infection.
