  本文介绍北京北方恒利科技有限公司开发的铸造工艺设计及模拟优化CASTsoft CAD/CAE在核屏敝箱体铸钢件工艺设计及优化方面的应用,同时介绍了水玻璃七0砂型(石灰石水玻璃砂型)在核屏敝箱体铸钢件上的应用;证明了用先进的科学技术,合理的铸造工艺,控制生产关健环节,采用铬铁矿砂作坭芯面砂能生产出要求较高的探伤核屏敝铸钢件。
