本文从火灾行政案件调查与火灾刑事案件侦查的主体和依据两方面着手,在研读国务院法规、公安部的有关行政和刑事相关规定和参考相关文献资料的基础上,从我国现行法律规范以及法律授权等方面寻找二者的相同点与不同点.

烟花爆竹作为民用爆炸物品,生产过程从原料到产品都是易燃易爆物质,稍有不慎,便会引起燃烧和爆炸,甚至造成重大伤亡事故,引起了人们的普遍关注.本文首先简要介绍了烟花爆竹燃烧反应机理,并对近几年烟火爆竹火灾爆炸事故进行了大量的统计,总结分析出了烟花爆竹火灾爆炸事故特点.在此基础上,将TNT当量模型应用于烟花爆竹火灾爆炸事故,结合实际计算出了爆炸伤害、破坏范围,对减少烟花爆竹火灾爆炸事故、保护人民生命财产
为了解决机械抛光致铝导线火灾熔珠金相组织残存划痕的不足,本文采用电解抛光技术对铝导线熔珠进行抛光及腐蚀处理,得到不同线径的铝导线一次短路熔珠、二次短路熔珠和火烧熔珠的金相组织图片.结果发现,经电解抛光后,铝导线火灾熔珠金相组织显示效果好,熔珠枝晶形态清晰可见.电解抛光省去了耗时较长的机械抛光过程,兼具侵蚀效果,极大地提高了金相试样制备效率,且操作简单,适合在铝导线火灾金相鉴定中推广使用.
随着社会的发展,火灾已成为最经常、最普遍地威胁经济建设和人民生命财产安全的一种灾害.尤其近几年,重特大火灾时有发生,及时、准确地查明火灾原因并依法对事故作出处理已成为社会关注的焦点.我国的火灾调查工作与发达国家有一定的差距,在机制和制度方面尚有很多需要改进和完善的地方.日本、韩国是我们的近邻,火灾调查经验丰富,在消防机制、制度和消防教育方面较为发达,有很多值得借鉴的地方.通过对日本、韩国的火灾调查
