床层工艺参数对轻烃催化反应的影响研究

以扬州轻烃为原料在小型固定流化床反应器装置上考察了床层工艺参数对轻烃催化反应的影响.结果表明:轻烃催化反应初期,反应温度和扩散控制因子的影响都很显著,反应温度过低形成热力学限制区,扩散控制因子太小形成扩散限制区;随着反应深度加大,在中等的扩散控制因子下,适当提高床层反应温度可获得最佳的丙烯/(氢气+甲烷+焦炭)质量比;并根据研究结果提出了轻烃催化反应增产丙烯同时抑制非理想产物生成的最佳工艺参数.
