Vitiligo is an acquired depigmenting skin disease that affects 0.5%to 2% of the world population.1 The current available therapeutic options are not satisfactory for many patients because of time-consuming,adverse reactions and the complex pathogenesis of vitiligo.2 With the advent of post-genomic era,multi-omics data from the genome, transcriptome, proteome and interactome, are conducive to systemically understand the pathogenesis of vitiligo.
