　　The properties of membrane lipids are strongly affected by the environmental conditions such as pH and ionic strength.The interactions between membrane lipids and ions play an important role in many biological processes,such as membrane fusion,enzyme regulation and signal transduction.[1] In our previous study,we have investigated the liquid condensed(LC)-liquid expanded(LE) phase transition in DPPC monolayers at four different temperatures.[2] The DPPC monolayer and water layer,were simulated using Berger et al.lipid force filed and Tip4p-2005 water model.
